The Greystones housing plan is split into two parts, the Greystones house which has 14 rooms and allows alcohol, and Cote Royd house, which has 12 rooms and doesn't allow alcohol. The reason for this is because when someone is giving up alcohol, they need to stop slowly, not immediately or it may effect their health. Greystones caters exclusively for single, homeless men over the age of 35. Admission is subject to a waiting list, although we judge every resident on a case by case basis. If you're thinking of moving in, you'll be invited to have a guided tour before you decide whether you want to stay there or not.
